Orders cannot be changed once the milk has been shipped.

* PLEASE KEEP TRACKING INFORMATION UNTIL YOU SEE YOUR ORDER NUMBER ON MY WEBSITE.

*PLEASE CHECK MY WEBSITE UNDER "order status" TO CONFIRM YOUR milk WAS RECEIVED.

*PLEASE only email if you have delivery confirmation from your tracking number, but you do not see your milk on the spreadsheet (granted it has been upddated since your milk has been received).

*IF YOUR ORDER NUMBER IS NOT ON THE MILK BAG, I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO LOG THEM  .

​

*Milk needs to be double bagged using two breastmilk storage bags or a screw top kiinde.

15-30mL is needed for each ORDER not per piece.

IF MORE THAN 30 mL (1 OZ) OF MILK IS SENT IN, IT WILL BE DISCARDED AND I WILL EMAIL YOU. DO NOT SEND IN MORE THAN ONE OUNCE. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.

Do not ship milk multiple times. If you fear it is lost please email me first. 

 

Every inclusion; hair, umbi, flowers, placenta, ashes need to also be labeled with order number, they do get separated from the milk for periods of time. 

INCLUSIONS DO COST EXTRA PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ORDER IS CORRECTLY PLACED BEFORE SHIPPING.

DO NOT SHIP MILK IF IT IS FROZEN, PLEASE THAW IT OUT FIRST.

DO NOT SEND NOTES IN THE PACKAGED TRYING TO CHANGE ORDERS OR SHIPPING ADDRESSES, THERE ARE FORMS ON THE WEBSITE THAT NEED TO BE FILLED OUT.

*Do not ship the last of anything. I am human, accidents happen. If it is super important and the last of something do not send it in.   

​

*Recommended: USPS first class parcel. Please note; if it is in a bubble mailer (recommended) it is a parcel and not a large envelope. If marked incorrectly there will be delays in shipping due to postage shortage. First class parcel has included tracking information for you it is the best way to go! No need to overnight or expedite it to me!

*Do not send as certified mail requiring a signature.  

​

Write your name and order number on every bag!
